Charles D. Smith Architecture and Planning, LLC collaborated with IBI Placemaking to develop a conceptual master plan for The Fairgrounds in Nashville, TN. The objectives of the master plan were to upgrade the Tennessee State Fair experience, develop a vibrant year-round entertainment district, upgrade the grandstands and raceway, and host a variety of indoor and outdoor events and festivals. Ms. Osborne was responsible for the development of site analysis diagrams, the conceptual master plan rendering and experiential perspective renderings.
