Smith Architecture and Planning Begins New Fairgrounds Projects

Charlie Smith, Principal Architect of Smith Architecture and Planning, LLC recently announced four new Fairgrounds design projects. Smith has been encouraging his clients to initiate planning and design during the pandemic when business was relatively slow so they would be ready to move forward with their projects as the economy rebounds. Smith’s new projects include a new masterplan for the Greater Jacksonville Ag Fair and Expo Center, Jacksonville, Fla., planning input for the Martin County Fair, Stuart, Fla., the Southwest Florida and Lee County Fair and Lee County Civic Center and a new masterplan for the South Dakota State Fair in Huron, S.D.
